    Sound Healing is a form of energy healing which is the process of balancing the vibration in the body to its most harmonious state. Sound vibration works on a cellular level to recalibrate the vibrations in the body. Sound has the capacity to shift energy and restore mind, body and spirit to a balanced state. This can be done using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, drums, chimes and our own voices by mantra chanting or singing.

    Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique for stress/pain reduction and tension release that also promotes healing. A healer channels energy through his or her hands and by the gentle placement of hands on the physical body (or just above it) facilitates the rebalancing of the energy field which in turn may ease symptoms physically, mentally and emotionally.

    This energy can also be sent and felt at a distance. We offer a virtual reiki one on one session, including a sound bath, aura cleanse and mediation.
