Hi I’m Kelsha

I am a Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Sound Healing and Reiki Practitioner, and Newborn Care Specialist.

For over a decade, I have been invited into the quiet, intimate spaces of women’s lives — the overnight hours, the early mornings, the moments when everyone else is asleep and the truth is harder to hide.

I have cared for babies. But I have also watched women disappear inside their responsibilities. Women with support around them, but very little that truly restored them. Women praised for being strong, while quietly running on empty. Women who were seen by everyone, but not always deeply known.

Ayurveda gave language to what I had been witnessing for years.

Women need more than help with what they do. They need care for who they are.

  • “Honestly, I didn’t realize how much I had been running on empty until I started talking with Kelsha. I was tired all the time, my meals were all over the place, and I wasn’t really paying attention to what my body needed. She didn’t overwhelm me or make me feel like I had to change everything at once. We started with a few small things, and I noticed I had more energy and wasn’t crashing as much in the afternoon. I also felt like myself again, which I really needed. waiting on the other individual.”

  • “Kelsha has been an absolute lifesaver at a time when I didn’t think I needed support! I was lucky to have her as my newborn care specialist. When she told me about her other service of supporting moms, I was like, “Why not? She’s already supporting me during my most vulnerable time.” She turned out to be the medicine my family needed. She helped me recognize that I also needed support and made the practices and rituals so simple that I fell in love with Ayurveda. I can’t begin to express the gratitude and appreciation I have for her. To anyone reading this, you have to experience the energy that is Kelsha to truly understand. “

  • “All I have to say is that her energy brought a different feeling into our home. Kelsha worked as my newborn care specialist, and from the moment I met her, I knew she was the right fit. I didn’t care about credentials—you know those times when you just know? And I was right. For the six months she supported my baby, she indirectly supported me too. I felt relaxed. She made me feel seen and not like I was losing my mind. I can honestly say that because she was our baby nurse, my postpartum journey was easier than expected. She gave me guidance and direction and listened to my complaints without judgment. As she said to me once, “Kris, what you’re feeling is completely normal. Just allow yourself to feel.” Thank you, Kay, as I call her.”
