Greetings, I am Kelsha, also known as Starseed, and I am delighted to welcome you to Uniquely U Ayurveda. As a certified Ayurveda Health Coach, Sound Healing, Reiki, and Meditation Practitioner. I have been guided to establish this sacred sanctuary. Our offerings extend beyond the conventional, presenting an alternative path to wellness for those in search of profound healing and a deeper connection to self.

In addition to our existing repertoire of transformative practices such as Reiki, Sound Healing, Breathwork, and Meditation, we are thrilled to introduce Ayurveda Health Coaching to our array of services. This journey, from self-discovery to life's purpose, has fueled my commitment to share this wisdom from an early age, fostering mental stability and overall well-being.

At, Uniquely U Ayurveda we don't consider our work a profession; it is a calling and a heartfelt mission to positively impact lives.
