Postpartum support for the woman behind the mother

THE POSTPARTUM REBUILD EXPERIENCE

You brought your baby into the world. Now you deserve care that helps you feel nourished, supported and more like yourself again.

This private 12-week experience offers personalized Ayurvedic postpartum guidance for mothers who still feel depleted - whether their baby is six weeks, six months or older.

You have support. So why do you still feel this depleted?

CARE FOR YOU, TOO

The meals may be delivered. Someone may be helping with the baby. Your partner may be doing their best. From the outside, it may look as though you have everything you need.

But you still do not feel like yourself. You are tired in a way one good night of sleep does not seem to fix. Your body feels unfamiliar. You may feel anxious, irritable, emotional or disconnected—and then guilty because you believe you should be doing better.

Everyone asks about the baby.
Very few people stop long enough to ask, “How are you—really?”

“Having help with the baby is not the same as receiving care for the mother.”

“Kelsha helped me recognize that I also needed support and made the practices and rituals so simple that I fell in love with Ayurveda. She turned out to be the medicine my family needed.”

— ANNA R.

Maybe you have not told anyone how unlike yourself you feel.

MAYBE THIS IS YOU

You are not failing. You may simply be trying to recover without enough care directed toward you.

  • You are functioning, but you do not feel restored.

  • You are tired in a way that sleep alone does not resolve.

  • Meals are irregular, rushed or built around everyone else's needs.

  • Your appetite, digestion or bowel movements have changed.

  • Your body feels dry, achy, tense, heavy or unfamiliar.

  • You feel touched out, easily irritated, emotionally tender or quietly anxious.

  • You feel guilty for struggling because you know you have support.

  • Your baby is no longer a newborn, and you wonder whether it is too late to ask for postpartum care.

This is not about getting your old self back.

THE 12-WEEK JOURNEY

Birth changes a woman. Motherhood changes her too. The goal is not to rush backward. It is to help you feel steady, nourished and at home in the woman you are becoming.

PHASE ONE | WEEKS 1-3

Stabilize

We begin with what feels most difficult now and choose a few practices that can bring steadiness without adding pressure.

PHASE TWO | WEEKS 4-8

Rebuild

We work more deeply with food, digestion, energy, daily rhythm and emotional wellbeing—adjusting as your body responds.

PHASE THREE | WEEKS 9-12

Return to Self

You create a rhythm you can continue—not to return to who you were before birth, but to care for who you are now.

Why biweekly?

The space between sessions gives you time to try each practice, notice what is changing and learn what truly fits.

PERSONAL, PRACTICAL SUPPORT

Is This the Right Fit?

This may be for you if...

  • You still feel depleted, even though the earliest postpartum weeks have passed.

  • You have support around you but very little care feels directed toward you.

  • You know something needs to change, but you do not have the energy for a demanding program.

  • You want personalized guidance rather than a generic postpartum checklist.

  • You are willing to begin with small, realistic changes.

  • You want care that considers your body, emotions, home and daily life together.

This may not be the right fit if...

  • You are looking for medical diagnosis or treatment.

  • You need emergency, crisis or around-the-clock support.

  • You are primarily seeking infant care, sleep training or nanny services.

  • You want a quick remedy without participating in a personalized process.

  • You are not currently open to trying small changes between sessions.

A GENTLE REMINDER

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. The experience was created for a season when your capacity may already feel stretched. We begin with what is possible now

I have spent years inside the quiet, intimate spaces of women’s lives.

As a Newborn Care Specialist, I have been present during the overnight hours, the early mornings and the moments when everyone else is asleep. I cared for the babies, but I also witnessed the mothers.

I saw women who had everything beautifully arranged and still did not feel like themselves. Women who were praised for being strong while quietly running on empty. Women surrounded by help who still needed someone to see them.

Ayurveda gave me language for what I had been witnessing: depletion, nourishment, digestion, rhythm and restoration.

Today, I bring that knowledge together with more than a decade of caring for families. My role is not to fix you. It is to listen, understand what your body and life are asking for, and help you rebuild in a way that feels personal and possible

WHY KELSHA

Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor . Certified Newborn Care Specialist . Sound Healing Practitioner . Reiki Practitioner . More than a decade of private family and newborn-care experience

  • “Honestly, I didn’t realize how much I had been running on empty until I started talking with Kelsha. I was tired all the time, my meals were all over the place, and I wasn’t really paying attention to what my body needed. She didn’t overwhelm me or make me feel like I had to change everything at once. We started with a few small things, and I noticed I had more energy and wasn’t crashing as much in the afternoon. I also felt like myself again, which I really needed.”

    — Erin V

  • “Kelsha has been an absolute lifesaver at a time when I didn’t think I needed support! I was lucky to have her as my newborn care specialist. When she told me about her other service of supporting moms, I was like, “Why not? She’s already supporting me during my most vulnerable time.” She turned out to be the medicine my family needed. She helped me recognize that I also needed support and made the practices and rituals so simple that I fell in love with Ayurveda. I can’t begin to express the gratitude and appreciation I have for her. To anyone reading this, you have to experience the energy that is Kelsha to truly understand. “

    — Anna R.

  • “All I have to say is that her energy brought a different feeling into our home. Kelsha worked as my newborn care specialist, and from the moment I met her, I knew she was the right fit. I didn’t care about credentials—you know those times when you just know? And I was right. For the six months she supported my baby, she indirectly supported me too. I felt relaxed. She made me feel seen and not like I was losing my mind. I can honestly say that because she was our baby nurse, my postpartum journey was easier than expected. She gave me guidance and direction and listened to my complaints without judgment. As she said to me once, “Kris, what you’re feeling is completely normal. Just allow yourself to feel.” Thank you, Kay, as I call her.”

CONCCIERGE SUPPORT

Concierge Support combines 12 weeks of personalized support with two private in-home visits within the continental United States. Kelsha can see how meals, rest and household support are actually working and guide the family from there.

During the in-home visits, support may include:

  • A real-life review of the mother's nourishment, rhythm, rest and recovery environment.

  • A meeting with her partner, nanny, private chef or household staff.

  • Hands-on meal guidance, including a review of the household menu and kitchen rhythm.

  • Support creating a calmer rhythm around rest, visitors and daily responsibilities.

  • An in-person restorative ritual, meditation or sound-healing session.

  • Adjustments and a continuation plan based on what Kelsha observes in the home.
