About Me
I have always been someone who notices when a woman is carrying more than she says.
Maybe that started because I grew up the oldest of seven. I learned early how to care, how to pay attention, how to sense what needed to be done before anyone asked.
But I also learned something else.
I learned how easy it is for a woman’s needs to come last.
Years later, as a Newborn Care Specialist, I found myself inside women’s homes during one of the most vulnerable seasons of their lives.
I was there in the overnight hours. The quiet hours. The hours when the house was still and the truth had more room to show itself. I cared for the babies, yes. But I also witnessed the mothers.
The woman who had everything arranged beautifully, but still did not feel like herself. The woman who smiled through exhaustion. The woman who was praised for holding it together, while quietly needing to be held herself.
Ayurveda gave me language for what I had been witnessing for years.
Depletion. Rhythm. Nourishment. Digestion. Restoration. The body’s wisdom. The way a woman’s body will keep speaking until someone finally listens.
Today, my work is rooted in that listening.
I support women who are tired of performing that they are okay. Women moving through stress, postpartum, motherhood, burnout, hormonal shifts, and seasons where their body no longer feels like home.
My work is not about fixing women.
It is about helping them remember themselves.
Because I believe women need more than support for what they do.
They need care for who they are.
